Publishing from muliple accounts more simple

SOLVE

Could you make it simpler to publish social media posts from multiple accounts? Our target is that the posts would not be published at the same time from different accounts. (Meaning that the employees at the same company) Before the social tools update it was easy to see which timeslot was already taken. Would it be possible to get that feature back?

Hey @AngelaHedberg

This is a request that would be better suited for the ideas forum. Can you hop over there and post this idea (along with more information, specifics about what you would like to see implemented, and use cases)?

Thank you,
Jenny

Hey HubSpot Community,

Step 1: Acknowledge the request and provide an understanding of the situation

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that publishing social media posts from multiple accounts, especially for a company with several employees, can be a challenge.

Step 2: Highlight the specific issue raised

You mentioned that before the recent social tools update, it was easier to see which time slots were already taken, helping you avoid scheduling posts at the same time from different accounts. This feature clearly helped streamline your publishing process.

Step 3: Acknowledge the value of the previous feature

It sounds like the ability to check available time slots was an important part of your workflow. We agree that knowing which time slots are already occupied is vital for effective and organized scheduling.

Step 4: Suggest a solution or potential fix

We believe reintroducing this feature could significantly improve the efficiency of publishing posts from multiple accounts without overlap. Rest assured, we will bring this feedback to our development team and explore the possibility of reinstating this function.

Step 5: Emphasize the importance of the request and its alignment with business needs

In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, coordinated social media scheduling is crucial for brand consistency and audience engagement. Having clear visibility on which slots are already reserved would prevent unnecessary overlaps and ensure that each post gets its own time to shine.

Step 6: Close by insisting and relating the suggestion to the user’s need

We strongly recommend bringing back the ability to view occupied time slots for multiple accounts, as this would make social media management much simpler and more efficient for your team.

Good Luck!!

How many upvotes will it take to make this happen?

With Twitter's new rule changes April 2018, I feel this feature is now well overdue.
