Private Service Videos

I'm looking into how techs can send personalized videos to customers about servicing issues or potential issues to look into. Preferably something that can link into HubSpot. I've looked at Wisteria and send spark, and both seem more than is needed. It's not a marketing tool that I'm looking for, but a better communication tool since videos are too long to send over text or email.

How exactly would you want this to integrate with HubSpot? Loom and Vidyard immediately come to mind.
