I have a social media post that was published on three channels, but has been pending in the fourth channel. As of now for just under three hours, does this happen occasionally? Should I delete and republish?

Hey @JMartin629

Just go to the draft section in your account see if the post is still in draft and try to republish It again

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

So far I have not been able to find any solution and no one from hubspot in this forum/community replies . The only thing I could do was to do a new post and trying publishing it again or scheduling it . The problem is that you might schedule it and it might end up in pending again.

Thank you for the feedback. Whe you did a new post did you clone the prior or just start fresh? I ask mainly for my own knowledge. I would be concerned to clone the post that is having issues, may cause additional issues on the new one.

Hi Jigar, the solution does not help because a draft is not the same as pending I attach an screenshot because the post in pending does not get posted and I do not understand how they end up in pending because they are either scheduled or were supposed to be published immediately.

I too am currently experiencing this issue. A post is set to "post now" but sitting in the "pending" section of my social. Is there a solution to fix this?
