SOLVE

I am having problems with my Facebook and Instagram posts that are scheduled not posting as the image created by HubSpot fails. The Linkedin post goes through but with a 404 error where the picture should be.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you.

Good question! 😊

Even if the images were created directly in HubSpot (for example, using the
*Remix* or *AI image tools*), they’re not always automatically saved to
your *File Manager* — sometimes they’re stored temporarily.

Here’s what you can do:

1.

Go back to your post in HubSpot and *download the image* that was
created (if it’s still visible in the editor).
2.

Then, *upload that image manually* to your *File Manager*.
3.

After that, *re-add* the image to your social post from the File Manager
(not from the Remix or temporary version).
4.

Finally, re-publish or re-schedule the post.

Of course.

On Friday (3rd) I scheduled some posts to social media (Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin). I used the remix function and included images craeted by HubSpot.

Over the weekend the posts have not scheduled and the explanation on Hubspot is:

This post wasn't published to Facebook.

An attached resource or image for this post was unable to be found. Please try publishing again.

The Linkedin posts have published but where the picture should be there is a 404 error showing.

Thank you.

It seems the issue happened because HubSpot recently updated how it handles
image paths. When you upload images to HubSpot’s File Manager, the system
now automatically assigns an *“hs path” (HubSpot-hosted URL)*.

If the images used in your social posts were created or linked through
the *Remix
tool*, they might not have been saved properly to the File Manager — which
means their temporary URLs expired or broke, causing the “resource not
found” and 404 image errors.

*To fix this:*

1.

Re-upload the images directly into your *HubSpot File Manager*.
2.

Edit your posts and reattach the images from there (so HubSpot uses the
correct “hs” file path).
3.

Re-publish or re-schedule your posts.
