Messenger not working suddenly

Today incoming messenger messages have arrived but when replying get the response 'message not delivered'.

It is showing as connected in settings.

In Facebook it is not appearing as a connected app.

Thought best thing would be to diconnect from HS, and reconnect, did not work.

Thought would be able to uninstall from HS as an app and thenn reinstall - the uninstall option is not there.

Please help

I know Hubspot was having some major outages earlier today and wonder if that potentially caused some issues.
