LinkedIn - Tagging Individuals Not Working

Hello!
We frequently use the HubSpot social posting tools to post to LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
Our social team noticed yesterday we're suddenly unable to tag individual accounts via LinkedIn, and we're wondering if anyone else has come across this. We verified that 1) our LinkedIn is still connected, 2) these individuals are following our page (they're all employees) and 3) they have privacy settings off. Until yesterday we've had no issues tagging these individuals.
After doing a little research, it seems like some users have only ever been able to tag company accounts, but we definitely have been able to tag individuals until recently. I haven't been able to find any documentation about this changing, but we're wondering if the ability to tag individual accounts was a glitch that is now resolved?
Has anyone else come across this? Any insight would be much appreciated! Thank you!
@LaurenWittschen you should be able to tag an individual if they follow your company page AND you are posting from a company page. If you're team is trying to post to an individual's LinkedIn then you can't tag other individuals - could that be the cause?

Would you know if the limition: You can only mention followers if you are posing from a Company page still holds true?
I'm trying to mention a couple of team members on a post but I can't seem to find their names. We are using a personal profile to post this and not the company page.
Yes, when using the HubSpot LinkedIn integration, this still holds true. If you're trying to tag individuals when posting from a personal profile, I would try posting directly from the account in LinkedIn - especially if you're trying to tag them in photos (that doesn't work with the integration in any capacity).
Something else that works when we're having issues, although this is also from a Company account: We share the post, then go to the platform to edit the post natively and tag the indiviudals that way. Allegedly this does negatively affect the post in terms of the platform's algorithm, but what can you do.
@LaurenWittschen thank you! I needed the validation. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out why I can't mention anyone when using a personal profile when I can easily mention when using a company account.
The only reason we are posting through HubSpot is so that we can add it to a campaign.

Thanks Jennifer @Jnix284 ! Unfortunately, that's not it...we only have our company page connected (and we can see it's posting to the company LinkedIn), so we wouldn't be posting from any individual accounts. We did verify that all the other needed settings are correct so I'm really confused as to what changed overnight. I'm hoping it's just a glitch but appreciate the response!
