I scheduled a post with a video through HubSpot to go live on LinkedIn, and it did not give a preview image when it went live.
I selected a thumbnail through HubSpot and assumed that it would be the display image. Is there another step I missed?
I checked through the Linkedin Post Inspector right when it went live as well as a couple minutes later in case it took a bit to load, and still nothing.
Thanks for the quick response! Yes, I checked out those resources and tried the browser developer tools. The photo dimensions for LinkedIn also matched what HubSpot recommended on the page, so that wasn't the issue either.
Is there a way to automatically get a preview image through HubSpot Social posting, or are there other steps to take?
Hi @SamBFx - When you share the video, there’s an option to edit the thumbnail. Have you tried that? I don’t see any issues with mine. It correctly displayed the selected thumbnail on LinkedIn.
