How do I automate a Social Post every time a new blog post is published?

I want to automate a Social Post to be published on Instagram and Slack everytime a new blog post is being scheduled. How can I do this? 

I tried setting up a workflow, but I wasn't sure how to start since there is no event based workflow I could find.

Any help would be much appreciated!

It does look like the you can use custom behavioral events that would allow them to do the above, however you would need a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription as highlighted in this KB article:https://knowledge.hubspot.com/analytics-tools/create-custom-behavioral-events
