Have DM's from our social accounts go to HubSpot marketing inbox

SOLVE

We are recieving questions from our social DM's that our social team aren't able to answer. Is there a way to forward or automate them so that we can recieve it in our marketing inbox? So rather than Marketing > Socials > Analyze go to Coversations > Inboxes for the problematic questions?

Hi @KLitzenberger,

 

This is currently only supported for Facebook Messenger, see these instructions. Other channels have been requested in the HubSpot Ideas section, e.g. Instagram.
