Currently, since this isn't something within HubSpot, the things we could suggest are to remove the extension from Chrome or wherever is being hosted, and then install the extension again. At the moment there is no Grammarly integration created specifically for HubSpot, but I did find these two feature requests posted on our community's Idea Exchange page.
