We all know that Hubspot does a great job of consolidating and easing the management of all of your social posts with regards to planning, drafting, and posting content, but what if Hubspot had a way to not just manage posts, but manage the overall accounts, as well? As I sit here and switch back and forth between facebook, instagram, linked in, and tiktok on my phone to make sure that our business pages are following all of our industry peer pages, Im thinking to myself, if there was a way that hubspot could aggregate all of a business's social media sites info much in the same way that it pulls business info with the domain in an email, then this job would be much easier. But the advantages wouldn't stop at just following and liking relevant pages for marketing, but also for setting up matching themes and details across all of your social pages at once, mass adjusting settings like availability for messaging, as well as, commenting and engagement abilities all under one roof, if you will. Imagine a window in Hubspot that shows you all of your new comments across all platforms and then being able to respond directly through Hubspot. Basically, Hubspot needs a social media management software within its existing platform so it eliminates the need for a third party software. Unless this is part of a higher tier subscription that I am unaware of, I would be very pleased to remain on Hubspot more than I would jumping around between sites when handling social marketing tasks.
I'm slightly embarassed to admit that shortly after our conversation, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in the social tab, under "monitor." As I previously mentioned, it really seems that Hubspot has pulled no punches on this CRM. I'm thoroughly impressed every step of the way. I will use your link to post any real problems that I run into, but it's not looking like that will happen any time soon. Thank you for all of your help.
Hubspot allows a shared calendar via the native tools and you can schedule posts for the different platforms from within Hubspot. It might well be a subscription tier limitation. Do you mind me asking what subscription level you have?
We've got the scheduling down and are currently increasing our social footprint. However, my question was more focused on what might expand in the social tab with higher tier subscriptions. Would I be able to do more than post on social media if I were to upgrade? We currently have marketing hub pro.
Looking at the different subscriptions and limits, below is the difference between Marketing Pro (left) and Enterprise (right) when it comes to the Social Media tool. Pretty much, you will be able to link more accounts, the rest is the same.
I guess that if you were to elaborate on what "do more" means for you, that will help me potentially give you more ideas on how to achieve those things within Hubspot. 🙂

Going Beyond Social Post Management
SOLVE
I elaborated a bit more in my original post. I'm sure Hubspot has considered adding a more comprehensive social media management system to their CRM already, I'm just hoping to nudge it along and make my support for it known. I'm also hoping I'm not alone on it either. I'm sure it'd be a large coding task to take on, but Hubspot has cut absolutely no corners from what I can tell. This is just another way to cement Hubspot in the position as the best CRM ever made. Thank you for your help with distinguishing the features of the various subscription tiers with regards to social media.
