Is there a way to save canned responces that have been vetted through our communiactions dept. on the responces for social. IE: if we get a question about one of our products on FB is there a place we can automatically respond that someone will get back with them soon?
There is a feature for canned responses in HubSpot called snippets, unfortunately they're not available in the social tool . You're best workaround would be a third-party solution like typedesk (desktop client) or one of the many Safari, Chrome, Firefox extensions.
