Failed to reconnect my facebook page

SOLVE

When I tried to connect my Facebook page for the first time, it was successfully connected. Then, for some reason, I removed Hubspot from my Facebook account's business integration list. Then I again tried to connect my page, but it said it was already connected. But no message came to Hubspot. Even there are no Facebook Messenger chat flow shows. How can I solve the problem?

Hey there @bookmarkslagbe and welcome to the Community! 

 

A couple of thoughts: Have you cleared your cashe and cookies? It might be something silly-simple like that, which is making it seem like it's not working. Sometimes cached data can intefere with connections like this.

 

In Facebook, did you go to your Facebook Business Manager and review the permissions? Is it showing up there still? 

 

Did you start a new chatflow? Sometimes a new chat will trigger the change. 

 

Have you talked to HubSpot Support? I'd not only chat with the bot or a rep, but actually call in and see if you can screenshare. There should be info in your help widget with the phone number.
