Does it makes sense to create a parent page to manage multiple Facebook pages?

I'm interested in creating one main brand page that serves as a parent page. There will be 7 child pages connected, but they need to operate as full pages, not just setup as location pages. Does it make sense to setup a parent page or does Creator Studio solve the problem of trying to manage the pages and publish content to all pages at once? So far, it appears you can only post to one page at a time in Creator Studio.

In the social tab in marketing hub when creating a social post you can choose which page you would like to publish so you can schedule a post for all you different pages.
