Darshan Hiranandan : Is possible to get alerts in HubSpot when a social media post fails to publish?

Hi team,

I’m looking to set up notifications for when HubSpot fails to post social media updates. I want to be alerted if there’s an issue so I can address it promptly.

Does anyone know how to configure notifications for failed social posts in HubSpot or if there are any best practices for monitoring these errors? Any advice or tips would be really helpful.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I was reviewing it, but I couldn't find an option at the moment that allows to receive an alert like the one you mentioned. However, I have found a similar feature request on our Ideas Forum, and I recommend that we upvote it in order to stay updated if and when this idea gets picked up by our Product team. On my end, I have also upvoted this 🙂
