Core Seat User Unable to Upload Social Media Graphics – Any Solutions?

Hello everyone,

We have a social media consultant assigned to a core seat, and while she is able to create social media posts, she is facing an issue when trying to upload and attach a graphic.

Is there a setting or permission that needs to be adjusted to allow her to upload graphics successfully? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Could you confirm that this user has access to the file manager? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/manage-user-permissions
