Connecting YouTube Account

Hi all!

I've been trying to connect my YouTube account with Hubspot for a couple days now.  

Everything goes through fine until I click Connect Account.  An animated blue circle appears and remains on screen  - the account never actually connects and the circle never leaves until I close the page.  

Has this happened to anyone else?  Any advice on how to connect this account?

All my other social accounts are connected fine.

I also need help in doing this. It would be unbelievable useful to have a YouTube integration.

I checked the social tab within my HubSpot but you can only connect FB, IG, Twitter, and LinkedIn at the moment.

If there are any updates, please let me know 🙂

Hi @Doornboe,

Have you double-checked whether your YouTube account meets the criteria?

• not set to private
• brand channel
• at least one video uploaded

If all of these criteria are met but you still can't establish the connection, then I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support.
