Change Twitter to 280 Characters

As of yesterday, Twitter is allowing 280 characters per tweet. I would like to see this change reflected in Hubspot ASAP.

This is being worked on! 

I've posted an update here and will be leaving a comment once it is final. We're just testing this now internally before releasing to all customers!
