I am a free user but during some trial period I connected my FB Messenger to Hubspot. It does not work properly and I want do delete/unistall it but I cannot do this as I do not have any channel set up in my inbox to delete
I solved the problem by getting the Sales Team to give me a Marketing Hub Professional trial trial. With this level of access I was able to disconnect FB Messenger

Thanks there is not channel connected in the inbox.
The FB Messenger integration is there but it does not have an "uninstall" option like all the other integrations
I should explain that when I get a FB Messenger message, I get a notification in Hubspot but when I click on the notification it tells me I dont have access (I have Super Admin level). When I try and give myself access I get this message:
You don't have access to help desk
Your current portal doesn't have access to this feature. Contact your HubSpot support team for further help.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I see you asked this question a few weeks ago, and I just wanted to check if you were able to disconnect Facebook Messenger. If not, please let me know so I can continue looking into it for you.
Uhm, yes, that might be the case, and this might be a bug. Maybe a HubSpot product manager can pitch in and help you with another trial of Service Hub Pro to allow you to disconnect the FB Messenger channel from your Inbox. You can also pitch this topic in the Ideas forum, asking for a feature to allow users to disconnect apps connected during a trial, as that is more likely to reach a product manager at HubSpot.

There are a couple of places in the settings where you can check things out. First, go to your inbox settings and check if any channel is connected in order to disconnect it. If this doesn't work out, go to your Integrations -> Connected Apps settings and check there. If FB Messenger is still connected, it should show there. Click on the Actions button and then Uninstall. Let us know if any of these worked for you.
