Can't connect with Instagram account

Hello!

 

I have followed all the instructions of the help pages and still cannot connect the Instagram account. 

The Facebook and Instagram pages are well linked.

I can check the HubSpot app permissions from my personal account but I can't do it from the Facebook business page.

 

Do you know what else I can do? Could you help me? 🙂

Thank you for your reply.

 

As I said in my message, I have already followed these instructions.

There is one of them I can't realize: "Check your HubSpot app permissions" because there is no section "Security and Login" in the Facebook business page settings. 

What's weird is that I can find this section through my Facebook personal profile.

 

If it is from the personal profile that it is necessary to pass then I really tested all the possibilities.

 

Have you ever seen similar cases?

From your post, I wasn't able to tell which steps exactly you had followed. Thanks for confirming.

 

No, I haven't encountered this before. Is your Instagram account set up as a business account and associated with a Facebook business page?

I confirm that the Instagram account is setp up as a business account and is well associated with the Facebook page: (settings - associated accounts)

And when I want to connect the Instagram account to Hubspot, I don't see it
