Can I receive a notification when HubSpot failed to post social posts?

As I don't check my social overview daily, I just discovered that HubSpot failed to posts 2 social posts. Can I turn on a notification so I know directly when an error occurs?

Unfortunately this is not the right solution to our problem. It's toggled 'on' at the moment, but still we don't receive notifications.

Looks like you are not the only one who needs this and can't accomplish it today.  I found this idea in the ideas forum asking for this feature.  I would definitely recommend upvoting and commenting on it.  Project managers use those ideas to prioritize new features.

To get notified if a social post fails to publish, follow these steps:

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Go to the Publishing tab.
4. Check the Publish like a human section to see if the switch is toggled on or off.
5. To receive notifications for failed social posts, ensure the switch is toggled to the on position.
