Annoying Facebook Messenger Autoresponder

I have created a Facebook Messenger Bot from within Hubspot

 

I have found that when someone types a simple phrase into FB Messenger like "Thank you very much" there is often an autoresponse of "I'm sorry, I didn't get that. Try again?"

 

It is incredibly annoying and has lead to some bizarre conversations between clients and the autoresponder / bot

 

I can't find anywhere within Facebook Messenger or the Hubspot Bot where that text exists so I can delete it.

 

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Have you raised this question with HubSpot Technical Support? As the issue is specific to the set up in your portal, working with them will be the most direct way to resolve this issue.
