All LinkedIn posts attributed to superadmin

Hi,

As a superadmin I connected our corporate LinkedIn account to HubSpot, but other team members publish LinkedIn content through HubSpot as well.

On the LinkedIn company page feed, these are showing up as posted by myself, although it is not the case. Is there any way to change this? And attribute this content to people who actually published it?

we have a Professional license for Mkt Hub.

Thanks!

Edyta

Hi @Lucila-Andimol no, this person is not a super admin, but has the right to publish posts on social accounts through HubSpot.

I've checked with HubSpot support - it seems that the name of the person who connected the account in the first place will always show on LinkedIn as the content poster.

The walkaround would be to go directly to the company page on LinkedIn and post there (content and data will still be pulled to HubSpot), but in this case, we are not able to link it to a campaign in HubSpot 😞

Hi @Edyta7510 hope you are doing well.

Does this other team member has your same permission levels in LinkedIn??

Usually if they dont have access or right user permissions this is not possible
