A healthy Wroking environment is the first key. Healthy working environment leads to employees working at their best potential because they can work freely under the guidance of supervisors or managers. Also best is to Give employees "kudos" for the hardwork on the project that they are working. It gives the employees confidence and energy to work more harder.

Every employee would be eager to talk about a company where they are allowed to thrive, a place where they have a sense of worth or belonging. The organization should endeavor that the opinion of its employees is respected and considered. After training its employees on the right use of social media, employees should be encouraged to talk about the company. Incentives or rewards should be given to employees who adhere, this will further encourage massive participation.

I believe that by having an environement wherein the employees can have the opportunity to grow and sharpen their saw can encourage them to promote the company more. Culture of appreciation and building stronger comunication and connection brings a massive impact to their response in sharing the company in their socials because they feel valued.

I believe the best method to encourage employees all comes down to the team culture at the company. Are they simply encouraged to be on social media and share creative ideas on social media? Or are they over or underlooked? Engage and build rapport with employees is a method that I would trial for the best results.

Employees play an important role to help manage crisis as they are part of organisation culture and belief. They are more trsuted than official spokesperson of an organisation.

I believe creating an environment and a culture of valuing employees creates a huge role in advocacy. If an employee feels that they are valued they'll be the first to always talk good things about their workplace, employer and colleagues.
