Hi all,
LinkedIn is a wonderful platform to build a community of professionals and connect with the like-minded people. I want to know what are some secret or advanced tactics that can help increase the views of a LinkedIn post.
Thanks,

To start with, the LinkedIn algorithm studies and observe the kind of content you share, the pages, and the people you follow to know what interests you. From my experience, Linkedin doesn't show your posts to many people during this period. So, your reach will be very limited. What you can do to boost your reach during this period are:
I observe that one of the best performing content on LinkedIn is Success stories and celebratory posts so, share your wins but please be truthful.
So here are my general recommendations to improve your engagement on LinkedIn:
Tagging: Build a relationship with people that matters to you and tag them meaningfully in your posts.
Testing: Test different post formats to know what is working e;g: listicles, how to, story, video etc.
Timing: Post at different times of the day & track your result to know the time best time to post.
Hope these tips help. Wishing you all the best on LinkedIn @Sam62 and thank you for the mention @kvlschaefer.

Thank you @kvlschaefer for suggesting a response.
Hi, @Sam62
I would have to say it is all about authentic engagement when it comes to LinkedIn, especially because there are so many Professionals on the platform, that you could grow real connections with. Crystal mentioned in the Social Media Certification Course, that you want to show up as you and that it is all about your audience ( This is a great course and may help to give you more insight).
I also believe being strategic about your engagement could help. I am not sure what type of information you are posting, but you may want to join groups on the platform that would benefit from the information you are sharing. Also, take the time to find out what they are talking about so that it is more about a discussion, and they may have more interest in the post.
of course, there are Ads if that is something you are open to investing in at this time.
The last thing I would recommend is not to ask for anything right away, just because everyone does that online these days. I think it makes you stand out when you are just listening, helping, and at the right time asking for the support or a sale you need through your CTA on your post.
Ultimately it takes time, as we all come to know.
Hope that was of some help.

An echo with @MaraAccelerates on the words " when you are just listening, helping, and at the right time asking for the support or a sale you need through your CTA on your post.
As a LinkedIn user as well as a HubSpot Academy learner, I think that the tips stated in the content marketing course in principle work in the LinkedIn platform too. Some thoughts:
The most important thing is that the content is a helpful read for your target readers (your buyer personas-- why they want to consume your content).
