In my work place everyone is always on tiktok so I would say the most effective social media channel to use is tikyok and Facebook of course.

Welcome Emily. It is interesting how the public sector use various social
media. I work in communications in the housing and communities space. We
are generally warned off TikTok due to security issues. We do definitely
use Facebook as an engagement and informative tool for our stakeholders.

We are part of the GCS - government communication network which grants us
access to a wealth of additional content and learning- I would highly
recommend it for you if you are not already part of it.

YouTube and podcasts are being used by No.10 and the army, US Navy fairly
effectively so your growing expertise in this area will be valuable in the
