My name is Justin and I am an outside salesman for small agriculture commodity distribution company. As one of only 5 employees, I am constantly being challenged to take on more roles that are not just sales. My most recent challenge is to learn how to run and manage our company's social media. This is my first step in that direction but I am hopeful that this course will point me in the right direction.

I am a High Reliability Organization Lead at the VHA by day and an ANCC PMHNP Exam Prep Coach by night! LOL
The most effective social media channel for us to date has been Facebook, but I would like to enhance our base for Instagram since it's such a large market. Not quite sure how to maximize our potential on Instagram though. The content posted on our FB page is cross posted on Instagram and Twitter. While the FB page likes has been booming, the Instagram has not - not quite sure how to find followers, so we definitely need help to figure that out.

Hello! I'm Stacy Pigott. I am pursuing a master's degree in Digital Audience Strategy at Arizona State University. I also work full-time at the University of Arizona Health Sciences as the executive director of brand communications. We have a two-person social media team who primarily focus on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, though we saw tremendous growth on LinkedIn last year.
