Hi all!

I am a marketing executive new to HubSpot. I am just wondering if anyone has any tips for engagement and best practices for when using HubSpot.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks!

Hi @WHatton! Welcome!

The tips above are excellent, the Academy is the best place to start learning best practices!

By engagement, are you looking for advice for getting your team to engage in using HubSpot?
Or do you mean something else?

Thanks!

Hi @WHatton and welcome to HubSpot! In addition to what @Levi mentrioned based on your social media tag, I would echo that Academy is great and these courses give you a good HubSpot overvview:

  • Inbound
  • HubSpot Marketing Software
  • HubSpot Sales Software
  • Email Marketing

I would also look through some of the Community study groups for others on their own learning journey.

And finally, do eactly what you're doing right now: Asking questions and connecting with HubSpotters. Follow those who engage here on your post (like Levi and myself so far) to make connections and friends. I believe one of HubSpot's superpowers is the general community and the official structured Community. Lots of smart, kind, good humans ready to share with others.

Cheers!

I use all tools available to help answer questions. This may include other Community posts, search engines, and generative AI search tools. But I always use my experience and my own brain to make it human.

Hi @WHatton , of course the HubSpot academy rocks! 🚀

Their are a few courses which i would recommend:

- Social media marketing

- Introduction to Social Media Advertising

- Developing a Social Media Strategy

- Extending your reach on social media

- Building a content strategy for social media

Just use the search function in the academy 'social media' 😃

Also this document rocks!
