How would you conduct a social media audit?
No two social media audits are conducted the same. How would you go about conducting one? What resources would you tap into? What reports would you run? Or if you've already conducted social media audits, what did you find to be the most helpful in gathering data?

I think my first thing would be to use my email list to ask for feedback and in return give the customer and discount or some kind of offering in order to encourage them to leave ANY feedback so that it can be used in line with measuring metrics through one of the tools listed.
I work with smaller businesses who aren't alway very active on social media. So before I even look at the Ads manager I just check out the appearance of their network: the esthetics, consistency and engagement of the platform. It lets me know what maintenance needs to be done before even thinking about investing in any advertising.
First of all i will identity a social media account and identify my best post then eveluate the channel performance also track my result and understanding your audience.
I would conduct a social media audit. I would use the audit to measure where my company is at by analyzing the statistics about our social media performance.
