Has your business encouraged user generated content in social media? If so, how?
A recent Stackla survey said that "56 percent of consumers said consumer-generated content was the content they most wanted to see from brands." That's because users trust other users more than they do brands. How have you encouraged your followers to share content about your brand?

Absolutely, I wholeheartedly agree. A significant number of my clients are utilizing AI-generated content on their social media platforms and websites. I run a website with a focus on mobile photography and photo editing, and I find the synergy between AI and visual content quite fascinating.

I always encourage followers to say what's on their mind and be authentic about the product. Authenticity will have your customers and soon to be customers coming back every single time

sorry I think I was so enamored by this training I forgot about Crystal's question. As an SEO writer, I believe UGC can be best generated if you provide a breeding ground for it. What I mean by that is you have to ensure that you are RESPONSIVE to the queries, complaints and whatever your users throw at you reasonably. When your front-end customer service is brilliant, your captive client is bound to respond positively to you. And let the 5 star-ratings flow.

so glad to have taken this course. Just wondering what took me so long. I think I saw a training like this in HubSpot years ago and just flipped through the pages not knowing it's a treasure trove.
