Behavior on social media

Hello everyone, i'm really excited join this group. I hope i can learn a lot from this group to increase my skill on social media. I just want to ask, i think in every country have their own social media behavior. Because in my country (Indonesia) they are mostly using instagram to sell or to introduce their product . How about you guys? in you countnry mostly which platfrom they are using to sell their product?

Iam really, too, excited to be part of this shooling and dideesting profession. In my Country, Ethiopia, facebook is the leading one on promoting products.

It really depends on the niche and what product they are selling. Some platforms work a lot better than others. Also, not every company needs to be on every single platform.

that's a great question, thank you for posting! 

I'm based in Germany and would say businesses here use Facebook and LinkedIn frequently, TikTok is also growing in popularity. While certain channels will remain region- and country-specific, I also believe that there are certain trends that are ocurring globally - I was reading the Social Media Trend Report for 2022 that our Marketing team created togehter with the consumer intelligence platform TalkWalker and found that many of the points apply to the DACH/European market.
