how to change text case on a form

Hello how do i change the type of case for the font on my form? and is it possible to add CSS to just this page i am working on by adding it the Settings> Advance Options>Additional Code snippets> Head html 

For now, each word is capitalized but I just want it to be like normal sentence case - just the first letter in the sentence capitalized.
