Tool to compile SASS with HubL code

We wanted to use SASS in our project, but unfortunately that language does not allow HubL syntax. We therefore wrote our own SASS + HubL compiler to compile SASS + HubL to CSS + Hubl. We are open-sourcing it for others to use and contribute to.

Looking forward to trying it out. My dev experience with hubl could have been more enjoyable if SASS was an option earlier.
