I have just published my website

SOLVE

Hi.

 

I published my website just to preview it, to see how it would look if it was published. When I Open in a new tab ,  

I get this error  messege "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site". The only way I can preview is if I go back the edditors mode and preview the way that i do when the site is not published. Do you only allows us to publish and view the published site only once we have upgraded? http://affluent4casts.com/en-za/

Hi @AForecasts,

 

Based on the URL, you are redirected to the "en-za" multi-language variation.

Can you confirm if there is a page on that path? Or did you publish the homepage on the main path?

 

I just opened the URL, and it seems the DNS is either misconfigured or the propagation process is still in progress.

Hi. 

 
I am not yet ready to use my website, I just want it ready for the day I will be ready to do business using it. There is just one issue, I have published it to check what it will look like and I keep getting an error message instead of the website opening. 
 
When you click on this link, which is the link that i receive after updating the publishing it http://affluent4casts.com/en-za/.
 
On the other hand, here is a link that I onced saved much earlier on while I was editing it, this one opens: https:https://shorturl.at/SN0uO
 
I would kindly like to ask why the latest link is not working?

SOLVE

I still need help, I am not ready to use the website now, i just want to see how it woulld look. Your service is so poor. I have never used any website where the support team is unable to solve problems or answer question. This is by far the worsed service i have experience. i will probably end up with a wix website. I am so pist off

Hi.

Thank you for getting in touch. Can you help me fix what ever that happened
because I did not do it deliberately. All I did was to put information that
i think my clients will need to know about the business.
