Hubspot custom template

Hello,

I am new to hubspot. I want to create custom html template in hubspot in which i can manage text and images for landing page.

I create template and added custom hubL code in it :

{% inline_text "simple_text_field" field="my_text_field" value="This is the default value for this text field" %}

I created landing page using same template but it is not editable , i saw a lock icon in front of it. Any help will be appreciable.
