How to use a webhook to detect new business, deals or pipelines?

In my work, some external service (Acme) needs to know how many business, deals or pipelines exist on hubspot

There are 02 solutions

# Request driven or point to point integration

Acme will consume some hubspot api  (to get business, deals or pipelines) everytime a human needs something  in some acme form.

# Event driven

Hubspot sent an event using workflow or webhooks (everytime a business, deal or pipeline is created ) to an Acme Service, so when human logs into Acme, the data is updated and ready to use.
