How to launch a test app on HubSpot marketplace which can be used only by dev team for testing?

currently we are using the OAuth URL to install an app on test account 

instead of manually copying the OAuth install URL, is there any way where we can test the complete flow of installation?

Like we want to see exactly what happens when we try to install our application so that we can know where to configure pricing in our flow and how can a user resume installation at a step in our app

There is no way to add an app to the marketplace that can only be accessed by your dev team. 

The best you could do is walk through the flow of another app on the marketplace.
