Free Hubspot Email Signature Template not displaying social icons properly

Hi there,

I'm having an issue with your free email signature template not displaying social icons correctly.  After transmitting the icons are cut off.   Looking for IT support to solve this issue. This issue occurs in Outlook and Gmail.  Thanks a lot!

Hi all

Am experiencing the same problem.  Has anyone solved it yet?

Social icons are cut off on both desktop and mobile after the email has been sent via Outlook on Mac.  I have built the signature on both Chrome and Outlook but no joy!  Help!

I have experienced this, too. I used the HS email generator and copied the code and placed in my hubspot signature online and it works fine, however, when I copy and paste the sigature to use on my Mac through any email client (mail, google, outlook) all links get either cut off or have a syntax mark next to the link icons.

The recipient experience is a bit different. If the receiver is on a PC it all looks fine coming from the HS platform (online). If it comes from my Mac (reguardless of email cleint) it renders fine on most PC based system but on all MACOS systems it looks corrupt.

Any guidance would be welcomed. Thanks!

I went to test it for myself to begin debugging but I ran out of time.

Would both be able to send me as info about the environment in which you are experiencing this?  I saw outlook and gmail.  Can you add OS and browser info as well?

Has anyone managed to solve it?

In summary Twitter and Facebook icons are cut off when people are viewing emails on Gmail and Outlook via both Android and iOS mobile devices.

Makes an otherwise fab signature look a bit scrappy.

The icons display perfectly when being read on laptops but just on mobile devices the problem occurs.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Further to the above I have tried building the signature in both Chrome and Firefox. Not that it would make a difference but tried it anyway and same problem.
