    • I'm trying to create a report that will show the number of tickets closed per user each day for a certain time period (say, two weeks). I can do something manually in a spreadsheet program with days on the X, n tickets closed on the Y and multiple lines for the users. It would be great to replicate that in Hubspot! The message says " Time period comparisons are only available if the date property displayed matches the property in the required date filter." I don't know how to fix this. Help!! more
    • Our fulfillment service sends us automated emails based on the delivery status of our products. At this time, I have an automation to auto-format a consistent ticket based on the step in the delivery process. However, since these emails are coming from our fulfillment service and not the contact, I'm unable to associate the contact to the tickets via workflows. Is there a way to do this that I'm just missing, or any workarounds? Thank you. more
