See Associated deals to a contact

SOLVE

I need your help. As a service hub user, I know that when a chat comes in contact, the company gets automatically associated with the ticket. Can we also see the deals associated with that contact in the helpdesk view? I know it's not a straightforward process and the ticket needs to be associated with a deal, but is there any way I can see the associated deals in the helpdesk view?1.png

See Associated deals to a contact

Hey @Naveen28,

I had a client that faced a similar, or even a bigger issue and it was seeing Leads in the Help Desk. Now Leads are not even available to be associated with a Ticket, so it makes it extra dificult.

The way it can work is, if you do have the Contact associated, click the Preview button on the Contact in the right hand side of the Help Desk view.

In the screenshot below you see that I have moved the Leads up to the top, but you can do the same with the Deals. Just edit the Preview Customisation for Contacts and move Deals up top.

This way you can stay in the Help Desk and with 2 clicks see the Associated Deals to the Associated Contact.

Hope that works and makes sense.
