Hi all,

 

My name is Mads Havsteen, I work as an Onboarding specialist at a legaltech company.

 

I'd say my superpower is that I'm able to become very interested in basically any subject - meaning research and learning never turns boring.

 

I'm hoping to find out how we can better utilize HubSpot for our onboarding and general Customer Success.

Hello Service Hub community members and users! 

 

I'm Dan, a HubSpot Advisor for Impulse Creator (and accredited HubSpot trainer). While not entirely new to Service Hub, it's definitely not my strongest niche. Always looking to learn from others and also share my experiences to help my fellow HubSpotters!
