What are you hoping to get out of this board? Connect with others to learn from and to share our experiences with. Together we are an immense brainstrust of knowledge.
My biggest task right now is migrating my team from Freshdesk to ServiceHub. I am creating a KB of pages to teach my staff how to use the platform. Has anyone else done this? Any great links to share? Here is what has been built so far. A lot more to go!

Hello Sharon Tuttle. I am VP of Operations at Codelicious. We provide Computer Science curriculum and Professional Development to K-12 grade schools. Love to learn how to maximize our CX platform and learn best practices through this community. We have had HubSpot as our CRM for several years but CX only the past 3 years.
