Email to case for Service Hub Inbox

SOLVE

Hi, 

I would like to be able to connect a support email address to my service hub inbox. So that when a user sends an email to an external email address, it flows into the support inbox, anyone know how to do this?

First, you would connect this email address with HubSpot by following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/connect-channels-to-the-conversations-inbox#connect-and-customiz...

 

You can then configure your conversations inbox to automatically create tickets from incoming messages: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tickets/create-tickets#create-tickets-in-your-conversations-inbox
