Custom Ticket Templates

Is it possible to create multiple ticket templates? For example, I want a ticket template for Onboarding and a ticket template for Support. Each to have their own properties, each being assigned to their own pipeline. Is this possible??

Yes, but it requires a Service Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. You can find the documentation here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/set-up-fields-seen-when-manually-creating-records#add-condit...

 

You would use conditional logic based on the pipeline of a ticket to display fields specific to that pipeline.
