Chat on iphone

I installed your chat on the website - how can I use it on my smartphone?

So far I have used CRISP (it's readable there - I installed your iPhone application, but I don't know how to connect it), and I want to transfer my sites to you;)

Just to make sure I'm understanding your goal properly, are you referring to using the live chat on the HubSpot mobile app?
