Notifications on Opens do not work

SOLVE

Here is a problem. We have translation management system through which all the e-mails are sent. Basically it looks like so: we have an email on Gmail and it is integrated in our system. So when we send an email from the system it is also saved and displayed in regular Gmail in Sent emails. I have installed HubSpot but it doesn't work properly - there are no notifications on Opens of such emails. At the same time when I sent an email manually from this Gmail - I can see those notifications. Please advice.

Hey @Svitlana I can confirm that HubpSpot Sales is only able to track emails sent directly through Gmail, Outlook or the HubSpot CRM. Third party tools cannot be tracked / can compromise the function of the tool in your email client.
