the image product does not show in Marketing email

I created and marketing email and sent but i dont see images for product.

I tried to preview the product and i still see Image Url

Do you know why?

Works fine for me:

This seems to be an issue with your browser potentially then, could you try the usual? (delete cache, try private window, different browser)

Apparently that approach is not working – HubSpot seems to be expecting a URL containing a file name here.

Could you share a bit more context about the exact steps you took and what you're seeing now? If you can share a screenshot, could you please do so?

Are you referring to a regular image? If so, did you follow these steps?

If you're referring to the Products email module...

... then you need to add images to these products in Settings > Objects > Products. Click on your product and you should see a field "Image Url":

This is the image that HubSpot is then pulling into the email.
