Hi everyone. I am new on workflows and would highly appreciate your help with creating a workflow that will send a task, an internal email or a slack message one month before each renewal deal's close date.

Hi @Chica_Dornellas,

 

This could be achieved with a simple deal-based workflow like shown below:

You would just have to add your own additional criteria to limit enrollment to renewal deals.

We've built a Recipe to handle Renewals. A Recipe is a small process that you can install in your HubSpot portal. This doesn't require any third-party tool.

Here's a video of how it works:

Renewal deals are created automatically for each closed-won deals with a known contract end date. Then, a task is generated with a reminder date XX days before that contract end date to notify the deal owner (or another user of your choice) that the renewal is coming soon.

 

Other settings and configurations are also available to suit your use case.

@Chica_Dornellas - You can also add the ARR value in your message to the sales team. This will allow the sales team to have better visibility and prioritize accordingly.
