Abandoned Cart WooCommerce Integration

This is most probably because of the mapping for deal stages. Make sure that payment pending is mapped with checkout abandoned.

Sync from Hubspot to Shopify

I'm looking for a way to add something to a contact or order on the Hubspot side and have it show up in Shopify. "Notes" are supposed to sync, but "notes" in Shopify originate from the customer.

Shopify Products pull into HS, but can't access in deals/quote

Hi - We've created a few new products in Shopify and they pull over into the HS product library, but they aren't accessible. I can't click the square next to it to select it and it also isn't available in deals and quotes. What am I missing?
