Wix app set up

Hi, I'm trying g to set up the Wix integration for a new site and I keep getting this message despite having full permissions in both systems? CanWix app.JPG

 

anyone help?

I couldnt find a similar thread on the Community. Are you using the syncsmart.io integration between HubSpot & Wix? If so, I'd recommend reaching out to syncsmart support at support@syncsmart.io as they were the ones to build this integration and they will be better able to help on this.
